As a reputable steel manufacturer and supplier with decades of business journey in the steel industry, Jiuzhou Metal has always been placing significant emphasis on customer relations and international companionship. We would never be where we are today without their trust and commitment.

Uzbekistan, a beautiful country located in central Asia, witnessed the very first customer revisit of Jiuzhou Metal in 2024 last month. As a result of close geographic proximity and open trade policies from both countries, China is undoubtedly the largest exporting country of steel products for Uzi. As a matter of fact, Jiuzhou Metal has quite a number of regular clients who have been placing bulk orders from us in Uzi. Many of them have their own factories to further process those imported items into finished goods. One of our customers has 4 factories, covering an area of up to 20,000 square meters. Our clients showed great hospitality and invited us to see their factories, which turned out to be a very impressive experience and lesson for us. It was a great chance for us to understand the differences in many aspects between their factory operations and ours, and therefore seek improvements and changes in the future.

After a few very informative conversations with our clients, we gained much deeper insights into  how the steel market in Uzi has been changing and evolving over the last couple of years mainly because of the rapid industrialization and modernization within the country. It is expected the country will have increasingly diverse needs for steel items over the next few years and the extent of reliance on Chinese export will be even greater.

What actually most pleased us during the visit is knowing how our products have greatly benefited their businesses in many ways as well as receiving many genuine positive feedback. For example, one of our clients said “Your product is 100% in quality and actual sizes are being delivered. For so many years l am importing goods in china. You are one of the best supplier i've met!”. In addition, our clients all have expressed their strong willingness to import from Jiuzhou Metal in the future and some of them have signed new cooperative contract with us in the hope of expanding their operation scale and opening new lines of business!

To conclude, Jiuzhou Metal’s Uzbekistan journey in April was a very pleasant and worthwhile experience. And knowing our clients’ businesses having been prospering has motivated us to consistently make improvements and keep innovating our business to better meet their future demand. In the meanwhile, Jiuzhou Metal is looking forward to having more trips like this one in 2024, not just for business purposes, but also to further foster the international companionship that can’t be separated by distance!
